OUR PHILOSOPHY:
The Right Way Sports Academy, founded in 2018, started as a team for young athletes struggling to find places in competitive travel ball organizations. Our mission was to provide an opportunity to play while instilling principles for personal growth. We prioritize character development over winning, focusing on our four founding principles: God, family, education, and sports. As an elite travel ball organization, we continue to prioritize life lessons over sports success. We emphasize prayer, faith, and biblical teachings to develop strong moral compasses. Our teams become extended families, supporting each other through life's challenges. Education is crucial for a bright future, and academic achievement is expected. Sports serves as a fun outlet and competitive arena for character building. While wins are celebrated, our true victories are players who lead with integrity, care for others, and give back to their communities. This is what it means to take "The Right Way".

Greetings families and players,
As the founder of The Right Way Sports Academy, I started this program in 2018 with a vision of providing opportunities for young athletes to not only develop their baseball skills, but also their character.
It is extremely rewarding for me to see how far this organization has come and the positive impact we are making in the lives of so many boys and girls. I am proud to say that The Right Way Sports Academy is now one of the premier travel sports clubs in the nation.
Our mission remains the same - to teach life lessons through sports in a caring, faith-based environment. But we have also elevated the level of coaching, facilities, and competition to match the elite capabilities of our players.
If you are seeking to take your game to the highest level while being mentored by some of the industry's finest coaches, I encourage you to join our team. Players will receive individualized attention to hone their sports skills as well as guidance on their spiritual, academic and personal growth.
